Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted providing we are notified no later than 1 week before scheduled tee times. Such cancellations entitle you to either a refund or to re-schedule your tee time (subject to availability).
Tee Time Restrictions
Tee Time scheduling and restrictions vary with the type of fee, please be sure to review the options prior to purchase.
Tee times allocated to daily fee play and not subscribed within 12 hours of the tee times may be subscribed by annual fee players, at the discretion of the Golf Course Operations Manager.
Photo I.D.'s and PIN numbers are administered at Bass River Golf Course. Note: All resident multiple play options require a Patron PIN number and picture ID Card (obtained at Bass River). The card is to be presented at the operations desk prior to each round, in order to obtain a daily play receipt, for validation by the "starter".

RESIDENT ANNUAL FEE INFORMATION
As a resident/taxpayer of the Town of Yarmouth you are afforded the opportunity to be an Annual Cardholder along with enjoying certain discounts on Golf Cart Fees and Range Fees. Choose the Annual Fee Plan that is right for you. Please peruse the following information carefully, paying particular attention to the information regarding refunds.
We look forward to another great season of Golf on the Cape and to seeing each of you on the courses.
Note: A limited number of Non-Resident Annual Fee Passes have been made available at a cost of $1000.00. Call 508-760-2129 for more information
- Resident Annual fees are available to year round residents of the Town of Yarmouth and/or real estate taxpayers.
- The annual fee payment is due January 1st of each year. Play beyond January 1st without a payment of annual fee will require a daily greens fee.
- Annual fees cover a calendar year’s play.
- Annual fees are available for purchase only at the office of the Town Clerk.
- Persons up through the age of eighteen (18) are eligible for the reduced junior’s annual fee, as established by the Board of Selectmen.
- College Students residing with parents may qualify for the purchase of a resident annual fee. In order to qualify as a resident / taxpayer student the student must share the same residence as the parent who is a resident / property owner, and may not have reached his / her 22nd birthday prior to January 1 of the fee year and the student must provide proof of current enrollment in a school or college / university.
Proof of qualification will include:
- Driver’s License (age and residence)
- Current Student Identification (enrollment)
- Annual fee card holders are responsible for checking in at the Golf Operations Center, presenting their annual fee picture identification card and obtaining a proper receipt for presentation to the starter prior to commencing play. (Each player will be accounted for by receipt daily; multiple players may be accounted for on one receipt.)

ACTIVATION PROCEDURE
Annual Fee passes will be purchased at the Yarmouth Town Clerks office during regular business hours, 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday. The receipt for the pass must be presented at the Bass River Golf Course Golf Shop for activation.
REFUND POLICY
Refund of Fees
Daily Greens Fee and Cart Fee:
Refunds of greens fees and/or power carts on the day of play are not allowed, unless the Course is declared unplayable by the Course Superintendent or by the Director of Golf. Discretion is accorded the Golf Director in extenuating circumstances.
Refunds for Canceled Advance Reservations:
If canceled a minimum of one week prior to scheduled date, minus a $5.00 per player service charge, refund.
Request for refund for cancellations occurring within the week of the reservation will only be approved in extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Director of Golf Operations.
Refund/Transferability of Annual Fees
Annual fee privileges are not transferable.
Refunds are available through the Director of Golf Operations under the following guidelines:
No refunds will be considered after July 1.
Refunds will be considered only for documented medical reasons or for extenuating personal circumstances.
